Can I use TA for a 2 years graduate program even though I ETS in 1 year ? Will I be asked to payback any money when I ets?

I don't think you can use it after you ETS - but you should have 9/11 GI Bill which would actually be better for you to use after you ETS as you'll get E5 BAH along with the book stipend and 100% tuition covered.

Tuition Assistance doesn't even cover all of a graduate degree for tuition anyway. You're going to end up paying about half your tuition for a graduate program with TA. I know - I used TA to get my first Master's. It covered about half, I paid the other half until I didn't have the money. Then I started to use my 9/11 GI Bill to cover the other half. Then I used 9/11 GI Bill to get my second Master's.

You can use TA for as long as you're in the Army.
