We can have a POV as a holdover here but I’m just curious as to know if I’d be able to take my car to ait or not since I’m not technically prior service even though I’ve been in holding for almost a year. In AIT you cannot drive unless you completed AIT in the past and are reclassing with prior service. For example, the 68C AIT is a year long and two phases. Phase I I wasn’t allowed to have a car. Phase II we were allowed to have a car and our CO was nice and managed to get an ETP for us to have alcohol since we were there a year.
