Can I send awards, certificates etc. to HRC myself anymore?

2007 I was able to find the mailing address to HRC and I was able to send all my documents that were missing from my OMPF. I was looking for it the other day because I have gone through S1 one to many times and my items still have yet to be posted. I do understand it take a min but if I don't push for my records to stay straight then who is right?

I want to say that under normal circumstances you can't anymore, but I am not 100% certain. However if you are in the window for a board (promotion, Warrant, QMP, QSP, etc) you can send documents directly to HRC via email. The trick is finding the email for the particular board you need to send your documents to.

Thanks. It was so easy last time. Out everything in a packet and sent that sucker off. Within a couple of weeks I back on track.
