My question is could I revoke the benefits so that my service obligation has already been met? This way I could be eligible for an AGR position. If I get selected, I could then transfer my benefits back to my kids possibly? Can I revoke the GI Bill I've given to my kids in order to be eligible for an AGR position? If selected, could I transfer my benefits back?2020-05-13T17:27:18-04:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member5885454<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been selected for the AGR OML however, after talking to HRC, I am not eligible for an AGR position due to my current ADSO for passing my GI Bill to my kids. I know that you can transfer your GI Bill to them while in the RC, though I don't know about on AGR. Most AGR tours are three years and the ADSO is four years, but I don't know anything about officer AGR tours.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 13 at 2020 8:01 PM2020-05-13T20:01:37-04:002020-05-13T20:01:37-04:002020-05-13T17:27:18-04:00
