CPT Private RallyPoint Member 5885454 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been selected for the AGR OML however, after talking to HRC, I am not eligible for an AGR position due to my current ADSO for passing my GI Bill to my kids. My question is could I revoke the benefits so that my service obligation has already been met? This way I could be eligible for an AGR position. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes you can revoke the GI Bill and the ADSO, unless any of the benefits were used by your dependents. I know that you can transfer your GI Bill to them while in the RC, though I don&#39;t know about on AGR. Most AGR tours are three years and the ADSO is four years, but I don&#39;t know anything about officer AGR tours.
