However the FBI frowns on &quot;moonlighting&quot;, which includes National Guard and Reserve membership. I ran into that back in 1980-81 when I was in the Reserves in OKC and working as a clerk in the Oklahoma City office of the Bureau. I eventually decided to stay in the military and leave the Bureau. You will also eventually have to make a choice. Good luck, whichever way you decide to go. After my last deployment I was hired by the FBI. Since then I have retired from both the Reserve and the FBI. Great job, great organization! I had some difficulty explaining and getting military leave for drills and AT, because there hadn&#39;t been anyone working in the office who was in the Guard or Reserve for a looong time, and they didn&#39;t know how to do certain forms. After we figured that out, it was easy.<br />One warning, don&#39;t go in there all Hooah. The FBI has its own culture.
