You can go to OCS in the National Guard with 90 credit hours, but you must have a 4 year degree to promote to Captain and the Officer Ranks are either promote up or out. You are given a certain amount of time to get your 4-year degree (or 120 credit hours). I believe you cannot get promoted to O3 unless you have the 120 credit hours unless that has changed. I have the same question. One source told me as low as 60 hours whereas I always read that a bachelor’s degree is required.
