My Call to Active Duty (CAD) packet was returned from HRC with no action. The only thing my packet is missing is the FEDREC order. I was told that it could take a year to get the order, so I submitted my packet without it. I was hoping that they would conditionally accept the packet since it is such a long time. I would really like to go on Active Duty sooner rather than later, but since I do not have the FEDREC order it seems I will have to wait. Does anyone know if HRC grants an exception to the policy since the process to get the FEDREC order is a known issue for RC officers and Warrant Officers?

You could request one, but the army does what is best for the army, and not us individually.
