SPC Private RallyPoint Member4536603<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I currently have a bachelor's degree and I've already enlisted as of ten days after my undergrad was completed. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree, which just got extended by one year from now. In addition, my Advanced Camp has been deferred to next summer due to medical. Am I able to commission as soon as I complete Advanced in spite of not completing my master's? If so, how does that work, exactly? Can I commission through ROTC despite not completing my master's program?2019-04-12T00:46:22-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member4536603<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I currently have a bachelor's degree and I've already enlisted as of ten days after my undergrad was completed. You may be in a deferred status up till an advance camp date is available and your medical status improves.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 12 at 2019 5:59 AM2019-04-12T05:59:37-04:002019-04-12T05:59:37-04:00MAJ Javier Rivera4536813<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You could but what is important is your health!!! Check with your ROTC advisor, but you should be qualified to commission as soon as you complete Advanced Camp.Response by CPT Lawrence Cable made Apr 12 at 2019 7:36 AM2019-04-12T07:36:09-04:002019-04-12T07:36:09-04:00LTC John Griscom4537046<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Some key items; your health; completing Advanced Camp and the ROTC program. Also keep in mind you also have certain requirements to complete before you can commission which include being an ms3 and ms4. You have to complete the advanced classes for ROTC.Response by 1LT Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 15 at 2019 12:54 AM2019-04-15T00:54:12-04:002019-04-15T00:54:12-04:002019-04-12T00:46:22-04:00
