As a SSG you can go to EOL school which I did last year it is just an additional duty unlike EOA which is an actual Billet. Sharp program is a totally different beast. I know being a SARC is a battalion level or higher I don't know the specifics on it off the top of my head.
AR 600-20 a good website also https://usacac.army.mil/schools-and-centers/sharp-academy/crsdescription
You can also search ATTRS for course requirements.

crsdescription

SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 03 Jul 2018 10:53:35 -0400 2018-07-03T10:53:35-04:00 Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 3 at 2018 11:00 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/can-i-be-a-sharp-and-an-eo-rep-at-the-same-time?n=3763559&urlhash=3763559

My unit has one SSG for both SHARP and EO. I've done it. I have heard about a "reg" that did not allow it, but have never found it. I believe it is more of a recommendation, than a requirement. When in doubt, ask the EOA, and bounce it off Command Policy. If you serve either in a full-time position, you won’t be able to do both. I’m currently a SARC at the Installation level at Fort Gordon. As a full-time SARC or full-time Victim Advocate, you cannot have any other additional duties duty to having to be available at all times. To serve as a SARC, you have to be an E-7, so you’ll have to serve as a Victim Advocate as an additional duty. Specifically the role you play as a VA when your SARC takes a case. There was a memo put out 19 January 2017 that specifically states you cannot be both EO and SHARP.

"Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention (SHARP) Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP), Background Screening, SHARP Training, and Additional Skill Identifier (ASI) 1B and 1H Procedures"

5c: "Equal Opportunity professionals will not perform or be assigned to SHARP positions due to their duty to make or assist in impartial inquiries or investigations"

I found the memo I could try to send it to you or you can search that subject line and you should find it. You can show that to your CSM that it is Army policy that you cannot be SHARP AND EO. SFC Kelly Fuerhoff Thu, 12 Jul 2018 09:48:52 -0400 2018-07-12T09:48:52-04:00 2018-07-03T09:32:20-04:00
