Been a few years since I was at good ol' Huachuca, but that field is in view of Alvarado Hall. I am surprised that CSM (Either Commandant or post CSM) hasn't already put an abrupt halt to this.

I’d like to know where it says one can’t workout without a shirt, if they're in civilian attire. It’s is not unprofessional so long as they clean whatever sweat they leave on benches and the like, it can help reduce heat injury, and it’s completely harmless.

What time of day and what day of the week? And were they military or civilian?
