Looks like I'm heading to Bragg in the summer for MLC. Anyone got details about the course there?

They got rid of the 1SG course. Master Leader Course is what is required to promote to MSG now.

The POI is set by USASMA so all MLCs should be the same.

Easy as pie. Just be able to define, explain and provide examples. Take notes, notes, notes. Start reading up on JPP
