Either you are an MOS proficient soldier or a sub standard soldier. It is comprised of an APFT, and usually MOS specific tasks. Your leadership should have all information in regards to what is going to be tested.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made May 14 at 2020 5:34 PM2020-05-14T17:34:36-04:002020-05-14T17:34:36-04:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member5889788<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What aspect are you asking for help for? If it’s the lanes, get the EIB/ESB and study the tasks/find someone with an EIB at your unit to help you get hands on prior. <br />If it’s for the PT test, general calisthenics and running is all you need to reach 49 PU 59 SU and 32 min/4 mi. <br />Ruck March is just guts. <br />Land Nav they will give you plenty of reps on the course during train up weeks.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made May 14 at 2020 5:35 PM2020-05-14T17:35:58-04:002020-05-14T17:35:58-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member5891495<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Warrior skills level 1 task book.Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made May 15 at 2020 5:02 AM2020-05-15T05:02:44-04:002020-05-15T05:02:44-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member5891683<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you mean the Physical portion theres a website MTI (Mountain Tactical Institute) and they have e awesome routine, they are just not free.<br />If you mean the knowledge part theres videos on youtube or organize a study party. Right before you do the ESB/EIB testing theres a training week. I suggest during that week you repeat the lanes you feel weaker at as many times as you can, there's no limit.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made May 15 at 2020 6:11 AM2020-05-15T06:11:35-04:002020-05-15T06:11:35-04:002020-05-14T17:32:20-04:00
