Can anyone offer some career advice?

Preferably with a deverse background. Some civilian work (no specific field), service as an officer, enlisted etc. If I can message you with some questions please let me know.

To my RP friends-Mr. Ladolcetta is definitely someone worth taking the time to reach out to. He's a former enlisted Solider and current naval officer facing some tough choices due to what sounds like the usual, cyclical needs of the Navy. Those with current, factual knowledge of CNATRA policy, re-designation protocols and commissioned opportunities in both the Navy Reserve and National Guard; please lend him a hand.
