The only effect would be on there profile, and that wouldnt matter anyway. If they were authorized by Reg as a rater before QMP, they are still authorized after. <br />Now, I would (did) be having a sit down after QMP selection, telling the selected SM, its just time... do the right thing till the last day...close out all your rated,,,and we will review their NCOERS and 638 continuity forms before we discuss your leave, NCOER, and your duties for the last few months....lets see those draft write ups by Tuesday... Anyone that has time for a change of rater, that draft NCOER will just be a continuity form for the next rater, any rated that needs the completed NCOER before the QMP SM departs, well we focus on that.
