Can an Infantry Blue Cord be worn by prior Infantry who changed MOS after retirement?

I believe you wear your "last" uniform in regards to what you where when retired (if you're wanting to wear it for parades and such) so it'd be whatever MOS you retired at, and minus the Infantry cord if it wasn't authorized at the time you retired.

If you were not holding an Infantry PMOS at time of retirement, then no.

When you are retired, you can wear whatever you earned. What are they going to do, give you an Article 15 or courts martial.

I have a comment. You can wear as long as you don’t change your primary MOS. However, if you hold the Expert Infantry Badge, I believe you are authorized to wear it. If someone could check this regulation I would be very much appreciated. I’m retired and maybe things have changed. I hold the the EIB, EFMB, Air Assault, and Flight Crewman Wings. I proudly wear mine even in retirement on my Dress Blues

Unless there has been a change, the appropriate section would be 23-1, Retired Personnel:

Retired personnel not on active duty may wear either the uniform reflecting their grade and branch on the date of their retirement, or the uniform prescribed for personnel in the AA of corresponding grade and branch...

"Grade & branch on the date of retirement" means no blue cord unless you were Infantry when retired.

That being said, who really cares? Your earned the right to wear it for a while. Should make for some interesting conversation.

wear anything and everything you earned while you were in. fuck what others think, but be able to provide proof you earned it or get an ass whooping.
