On your first contract you actually signed for 8 years. 4 active 4 inactive that you may be called back, after your 4 inactive years you cannot the recall can  not be enforced unless extreme circumstances are present, i.e. every person that did that job is dead or dumb and you happen to be Rambo, in prison, and need a way out of it... but it is all dependent on your contract that is probably why your not getting many responses.
