I think mainly to prep dudes before they ship off. But from what I’ve been told there are opportunities for agr drill sergeants hope it help.Response by Sgt Cody Jones made Mar 10 at 2018 1:16 AM2018-03-10T01:16:40-05:002018-03-10T01:16:40-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3539539<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I literally just received the MOI for a DSL interview at the end of this month to become a DSL. I am AGR. I worked this through my career manager. I recommend that you contact your career manager and request that they reach out to the DS career manager. However I think they only reason why I got screened is because I am already DS qualified, otherwise being sent to DS school as an AGR will be challenging but not impossible. I had one AGR (NG) DS Candidate in my class in 2014. Her unit was just cool enough to fund her. But seriously, the 'how' all begins with your career manager. If you've got any more question let me know. I know USAREC is targeting a ton of AGRs right now, and I dont believe anyone wants that.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 13 at 2018 7:56 AM2018-04-13T07:56:34-04:002018-04-13T07:56:34-04:00Chad Guthrie3596774<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Contact me at [login to see] x 4213.
