How can you tell if Soldiers are within standard if you don&#39;t measure? A commander can place a flag if a Soldier is not in compliance. Soldiers are still responsible to maintain the standards of AR 600-9 even though their old weigh-in remains valid. A new height/weight can still be administered at any time and a Soldier can still be flagged for ABCP. The EXORD simply gives Commanders the ability to extend current weights, it does not forbid new weigh-ins from happening, be they spot checks or even a 100 percent weigh-in, just so long as the whole company isn&#39;t crowded in together at once.
