Can a SSG make one wear one type of boot if multiple types are authorized?

When you say "multiple types," do you mean something such as Cold Weather vs. Hot Weather boots? Or are you referring to specific brands?

For example if where authorized where low quarter's, black boots, and tan or coyote boots. Then ca the facility manager you can only where low quarter's. Ps I have not seen a memo.

Generally it is whatever the commander dictates. I have never seen a command that specified can or cannot wear boot type x for formations. They generally just say duty uniform x and specify any modifications ie sleeps up or down, no tops, desert pattern etc but as far as one specific type I do not think so.
