Can a soldier legally be forced to go into work while awaiting Covid-19 PCR results?

Your command has a policy that dictates the response to covid. Your commander is untimately responsible for enforcing that.

The Command is responsible to create and enforce policies in regards to COVID response and working during COVID. Are they following their policies?

What's the policy at your duty station about pending covid tests? I know at JBLM if you get tested and are pending results, you have to stay isolated until you get the results if you go into the hospital testing site. An at home test, I'm not even sure.

Is the SM pending official test results?
