Can a soldier be QMPed with 18 years of service? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/can-a-soldier-be-qmped-with-18-years-of-service <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This soldier I know is going to hit the 19 years of service in November. He received a letter from the QMP board last week saying that they saw he was withdrawn from the promotion list and he ll soon receive the official QMP letter. He is obviously hoping they will let him retire.
