Over strength you are fine. I relcassed as a SGT in 2012. There are still NCOs reclassing to this day. It's a personal choice or based on a medical reclass.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 13 at 2019 7:09 PM2019-01-13T19:09:47-05:002019-01-13T19:09:47-05:00LTC Jason Mackay4284809<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="1598202" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/1598202-92a-enlisted-automated-logistical-specialist-16th-stb-16th-sust-bde">SPC Private RallyPoint Member</a> possible? The needs of the Army always comes first, so if the Army needs it then there is a good possibility. I know a SGM who reclassed in the Army Reserve. That is extremely rare at that level, but again it all depends on when, what component, and what MOSs.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 14 at 2019 11:46 AM2019-01-14T11:46:34-05:002019-01-14T11:46:34-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member4341030<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What do you consider a high rank? Are you looking to change your MOS already? There are many 92A's out there, so you should be able to change your MOS fairly easily as long as your GT score is high enough.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 4 at 2019 12:16 PM2019-02-04T12:16:29-05:002019-02-04T12:16:29-05:002019-01-13T18:32:43-05:00
