Yes, especially if Military Intelligence or Military Police branches.
I am not certain on all the three letter agencies, but FBI certainly

Yes. The Government is a good employer. Generous military leave policy. Normally supportive supervisors. When I was a DAC at SDDC I had an Army Reserve LTC working for me. He had been called to active duty after 9/11 and was still on active duty in 2007. My entire time at SDDC, 2007-2013 he was on active duty.
Collected military leave pay for 2 months every year. Other than that, he was on unpaid military leave.

My daughter is a VA nurse and a Navy Reserve Nurse. Works well for her.

Yes. The Army Reserve or Guard is a part time military gig, the rest are civilian positions. No regulation or law against it.

The Tribe says yes, and I agree. However, you don't want to be the object of a food fight. There's the general yada yada yada of being a Fed and getting your time away to do the MIL thing. Then there are jobs/agencies that will properly say the MIL thing is secondary at times. Seen that happen and agree the MIL should be secondary as the regular job had a current tasking that was more critical to the National Interest. When we've run into those things when I was Skipper, I'd have a private conversation over a secure line with the right people and work out a deal. Sometimes the deal was to do it on my orders but reimbursed by them. When you have a stellar performer in the other world, you want to make sure he/she does well both ways. Deals can be struck. There are also times when MILs get picked up on OPM "Other People's Money" to do stuff. Happens all the time.

Yes, of course! FBI, CIA, DHS, DOJ and many more. Most agencies even those not federal (state and local) also give their employees time for military service, with certain limitations.
