I currently have a brs retirement plan in the reserves. I was wonder if I finish my reserve contract, then sign up for active duty army will I be allowed to have the legacy retirement plan? Can a new contract allow me to use the Legacy retirement plan? 2019-07-31T20:58:04-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4869146 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I started the military in 2010 on active duty army.
