There is no statute of limitations. The new commander will have the authority and discretion to decide what to do, based on how serious the offense is. <br /><br />Minding my own business at Walter Reed and I get a call from Ft Sam CID about one my Soldiers. Only issue is the investigation and offense occurred before thE Soldier PCS to me. So we took care of the Soldier, but I was highly irritated that the Soldier ever got to me as the commander should have flagged him and stopped the PCS.Response by CPT Mark Gonzalez made Oct 12 at 2016 7:36 PM2016-10-12T19:36:29-04:002016-10-12T19:36:29-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member3705230<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Short answer is yes.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 12 at 2018 10:41 AM2018-06-12T10:41:37-04:002018-06-12T10:41:37-04:00SSG Brian Wilber3741443<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>CPT Gonzales is correct.
