If none is in place then the answer is no. If they can show you a written policy that restricts when you can have appointments then take a copy of that to IG and your ombudsman at the hospital.<br />As for the MEB, your place of duty is whatever appointment your PEBLO has scheduled or directed for you. Their authority over rules your chain of command in that area.
