Usually. only one of the two is worn at a time. Wearing both depends on the order in which they were awarded.

No, only 1 Group 1 badge may be worn at a time, and only 1 group 1 or 2 badge above the ribbons as well.
This looks to be a "oh crap I need a command position picture so I'll throw my ASUs together real fast" picture. Crooked and incorrect badges...

I think I'll let someone else tell the stacked SF unicorn how they should wear something. Hell, I've been chewed out for trying to help a CPT correct their uniform. Got an apology after the fact for being right, but yeah that's their concern not mine anymore.

Makes one wonder, the Medical NCO in the Green Beanies has a choice between CMB and CIB, but not both. Surprised that they let Os have both, unless there has been a change since the time, long ago, when I was in.

As an Air Force guy all I can say is WOW! Prime example of too much stuff on a uniform. I’ll assume he earned everything we’re seeing. I count ribbon rack, 4 unit ribbons, 5 badges, an SF tab, and a unit badge. If there’s no reg that says you must wear everything then perhaps fewer badges would be a good idea. Hope the new Army Service uniform reinstates the tabs and shoulder patches. Will help a little.
