Tim Collins OBE, a decorated British Office (tired) paid tribute to the men in his column yesterday."Had the traditional European reserve been in play it is likely that there would have been wholesale murder. As it was the strong tradition of US servicemen to be "always on duty", they no doubt saved lives."

I was sooooo very proud to hear it was American service members who took the bull by the horns and saved lives by their quick thinking and quick response!!! Kudos!!!!!!!!
