In my opinion this leads to a lack of vocabulary and often confusion. Should we not expect our Senior NCOs to be on the same level as our Officer counterparts? What is the solution to this problem? This can be resolved at both the unit level as well as our Professional Military Education System by fostering an environment for learning and encouraging our Soldiers to achieve higher education. That means we as leaders must also seek out higher education for those that have not already done so to set the example.Bridging the Communication Gap Between Officers and Enlisted2014-02-11T21:29:07-05:001SG Eric Rice55831<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>More often than not I have seen Senior Enlisted refuse to obtain a higher education. While we can only encourage our senior leaders to seek higher education I think it should factor into promotion scoring. This should separate those seeking to be better leader in this regard from those who are content where they are. It should also be reflected in their performance reports. If you are not continuously advancing your degree or seeking the next one then you should NOT have a perfect review score.Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 25 at 2014 11:09 PM2014-10-25T23:09:43-04:002014-10-25T23:09:43-04:00Cadet SSG Private RallyPoint Member4852584<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Thanks for the post just now click here and get to play the <a target="_blank" href="http://fireboywatergirl.me">http://fireboywatergirl.me</a> this is the very famous game in my country you try this game once time. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default">
