Well I live in Maine and I'm a bit on the fence... It's beautiful, everyone is nice, lots of things to do, it's literally vacationland! But at the same time, I leave vacationland all the time to go to New Hampshire because there is no sales tax there... Maybe if you add up all of New England it's the best.

My home state is Iowa! We have one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country! Iowa's greatest asset is her people. Home of four Army posts, three Air Force bases, a Naval submarine base, the National MIA/POW Museum, the second largest St. Patty's Day Parade in the world, the 1996 Olympics, the world's largest aquarium, birthplace and deathbed of two different Presidents, Martin Luther King Jr, Hotlanta, James Brown, Okefenokee Swamp, world's busiest airport, sweet Vidalia onions, and you have no choice but to drive through our friggin state and sit in traffic on your way to Florida and Disney World. Because we can own weapons without getting hassled like in other states and it doesn't take giving up your first born to get a conceal carry permit. Although I don't need them...my favorite weapon is my hand. It does a great Falcon Punch.

Next to non-existent rush hour (15-20 min tops)
Plenty of room
Low population (Cows out number the people 10 to 1)
Yellowstone, Tetons (pictured), Devil's Tower
No state tax
Probably a government conspiracy happening somewhere
