I will keep my feelings about this guy to myself but regardless, he is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of his peers. Leavenworth for a long stretch. Having spent five years in captivity there is no judge or jury that is going to sentence him to a lengthy prison sentence. <br /><br />Also one of the disadvantages of our Congress utilizing authorizations for military force rather than declarations of war is that the United States has not been at war since World War II. Quite apart from his military criminal history - why is being present somewhere around a marijuana grower's site in california considered to be news of any kind. Fox has reported the police say he had nothing to do with the growing operation - where is the news story???
