For myself, if what his fellow soldiers stated about him walking away from his post and the safety of the unit, he needs to face applicable actions under UCMJ. I know that if he were to come back to the unit, his life would, using my warrior logic, be at risk. If I recall correctly, 8 warriors were killed during operations trying to locate and liberate this lunkhead. I struggle in my heart of hearts, as well as many of you, " has this kid been a POW for the last 5 years or undergoing extensive terrorist training?"
