My wife trains with Don Long's team and loves the personal touch of having someone develop nutritional/workout guidelines and targets for her. We pay about $200 a month, but her coach puts in work for her--developing training regimens, touch-up exercises, keeping up to date with regular photos, and consulting with a licensed dietician (medical doctor, not the nutritionist homeopathic frou-frou type) when it comes to her macros.<br /><br />As far as the teardrop, a lot of the males in her team talk about that a lot--half of it's genetics, the other half is a metric sh*tload of leg extensions, squats, and stair-climbers. I&#39;ve been working on mine since the beginning of the year and its starting to show promise. Although my genetics did not give me the best shape. Its like a stretched version of the normal VM.
