What an inept system and an inefficient way to pay Soldiers.<br /><br />I don't have any real recommendations to improve it rather I believe the Army should again start on the beginning and try to include some of the people utilizing the new system in development. Reminds me of "Banks too big to fail" mentality. It really can be redone making sure you dump JAVA. If they really focused on the nonproductive cost of dealing with that system, it'd have more priority. Alas, they just think it's too hard. DTS sucks, and blowing it up would be an improvement. If there is hotel tax on the reciept I gave you, but I failed to also type it in the correct input field, just put it in; you can see it. Why do people have to be told to help others? I would correct your napkin sketch and build your house properly, rather than keep returning it to you until you guessed right about structural engineering, or let it fall on your head.
