Even after Soldiers are no longer serve with me I still do my best to help them out. I have put in several retroactive awards of the CAB for Soldiers who qualified but were not put in for it before the ETSed.<br /><br />I see it less and less these days, in my opinion this is because a central selection board doesn't know you, they only see your file and it's hard to put taking care of Soldiers on your ERB. I treat my soldiers like family as well. We are a dying breed but it shouldnt be this way.
