If you are guard my best advice is to go to the nearest guard aviation unit in Minnesota, preferably the lift unit. Hook up with the 1st Sgt or senior flight NCO (E-7 or E-6). Those are the ones who will guide or lead you to transitioning into a 15T slot. Plus they can help with informing you of the current need of 15T across Minnesota. Just saying. CW3 Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 01 Jul 2021 14:03:56 -0400 2021-07-01T14:03:56-04:00 2021-06-23T10:33:06-04:00
