Besides following the basic how to fill out the Warrant Officer packet is there anything else?

I just recently arrived at JBLM and I want a NEW career as a Warrant Officer. I’ve had multiple friends join from different sides one was a SSG and the other one went from street to seat. Which blew my mind because I’ve been in for 6 years and he had 1. I want to fly 100% no doubt and have experience flying but none recorded. I would like if anyone is willing to critique my packet once complete and I’d appreciate any insight in the beginning application process?

IF there are any Warrant Officers current or prior that is willing to help. I’d be forever in your debt because this isn’t just a new career or just money it’s a dream and I am prepared to do whatever it takes.
