Been out of work for 10 years, rated not Feasibly Voc. Rehab. What can I do to get them to reverse ruling?

What caused the disability? If it was due to something done while serving then I’d pursue it more

To quality for Voc Rehab (Chapter 31), you must have a VA service-connected disability rating of at least 20 percent. Also, does your service-connected disability impair your ability to maintain suitable employment? Do you currently have a bachelor's degree? Regardless, you may require additional education or training to become employable. Write the VA and make an appointment to see a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) and ask why your were denied. Lastly, write a letter to your Congressman and/or Senator requesting they intervene on your behalf or your local VSO.

Try requesting professional assistance/guidance from the DAV, VFW or American Legion - they have staff to argue on your behalf.
