The 22nd Amendment states that no person elected president and no person to hold the office of president for more than two years is allowed to be elected more than once more. It makes no difference whether the two terms are consecutive.

Well according the 22nd ammendment, he cannot. BUT, that doesn't mean it's completely impossible for him be president again. The only way I can think of is if we as a nation amend the 22nd, opening term limits for President. However, that is probably at the very bottom of our Nation's totem pole

While this is amusing, it does hit slightly too close to home. For the better part of 2013 there was actually a grassroots movement whose expressed purpose was to prevent Barack Obama from getting elected a third time. While it didn't gain much traction, just the fact that even a small portion of our population was ignorant enough to believe that that's possible is disturbing, to say the least.
