At what point did you stop "knowing everything"? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/at-what-point-did-you-stop-knowing-everything <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>just been thinking over the past few days, about lessons learned in my past few years and such. I can remember a day, not so long ago that I thought I knew everything. Now the older I get, the dumber I seem to feel, but man, I am learning a lot! I have learned so much about society in general. I used to see things as being black and white. Now things have changed. I have come to realize that I dont have the answers for everything (being a youth pastor taught me that) and some times the right answer just isn&#39;t the logical answer. Anyway, just curious to know when everyone else quit &quot;knowing everything&quot; too. Since this is the humor section, I will say that I've had several occasions where I actually found out I didn't know everything. The first being when I was a young A1C at Osan AB S Korea and I found that a SSGT gets irritated at an A1C always saying "I know" ) lol. The next, as SSG Thomas Livingston so admirably put it, when I got married. Soon I will find out that knowing everything is not the battle, as we bring a baby girl into the world. I'm, regrettably, screwed and will never know everything ever again. I feel like I know nothing and that there was not enough "mentoring" or leadership by previous supervisions. I spend a lot of time doing research on things that I should have already known by now. Now whatever I do not know, I write it down and look it up when I have the time. It does not do well to be in a meeting and feel like everything just went over your head, so beforehand I look up what what's on the agenda. Seems to work so far but that won't last forever I'm sure.
