I once got spiral fractures of my pinky and ring fingers rushing the QB playing flag football. (Flag improperly tucked in, he cut left, I grabbed and fell right)Response by SGT Dave Tracy made Jun 29 at 2017 10:41 AM2017-06-29T10:41:04-04:002017-06-29T10:41:04-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member2688196<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As a single soldier, I was never a fan of them. I saw the same people all day, everyday. For soldiers with families I think they're good because it gives the significant others an opportunity to meet and mingle and get involved in the organization.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 29 at 2017 1:44 PM2017-06-29T13:44:08-04:002017-06-29T13:44:08-04:00SFC Kelly Fuerhoff2688219<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Eh I've never had any really bad ones. I do recall as it got toward early afternoon you began to notice fewer and fewer people around. I think at least one I stayed all the way until the end and not much of the unit was left. <br /><br />We had org day during my second deployment - it was a 15 month one. So two summers in a row had an org day. I worked night shift so didn't go to either.Response by SFC Kelly Fuerhoff made Jun 29 at 2017 1:49 PM2017-06-29T13:49:48-04:002017-06-29T13:49:48-04:00CPL John Taber2721015<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1974 in EuropeResponse by CPL John Taber made Jul 11 at 2017 1:45 PM2017-07-11T13:45:35-04:002017-07-11T13:45:35-04:00CWO2 Jose Dolagaray2763141<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>On my last cruise I was the Admiral's driver in Lisbon. We went to a reception on a Chinese (Taiwan) with the admiral. Lot's of food and drinks and interesting folks. Happy to meet weapons types in that country's navy. Can't remember how we got back to our ship! Response by CWO2 Jose Dolagaray made Jul 24 at 2017 10:41 PM2017-07-24T22:41:57-04:002017-07-24T22:41:57-04:002017-06-29T10:19:27-04:00
