As an Infantry SSG, what would I possibly be doing at El Gorah?

There's a chance that I could be going to El Gorah. As an Infantry SSG, what would I possibly be doing? I've never heard of this place or unit. It says something about CMD Staff. I'm not sure if that's just a general title and they place you when you get there.

MFO Sinai, Egypt. MFO's Sinai headquarters at North Camp is located at el Gorah in northern Sinai, approximately 25 kilometers from the Egyptian-Israeli border.

Lots of Infantry for this post-tasking. As your going as an individual replacement not a unit rotation, it may be an assignment to a BN, BDE or TF S3/G3, it could be any other security need position, duty driver, guate guard, or it could be a MOS immaterial assignment.

Without looking up your specific requisition, it's almost certainly an Operations position. There are similar positions in Japan as well

Liaison Sergeant, best job in the Army. No one knows what you do. I was an Artillery Liaison Sergeant and became an Infantry Liaison Sergeant because I was so good at it
