As a reservist, how easy is it to switch mos'? I've been a 12w for about 8 years now, never really felt like the job fit me. How would I go about changing my mos?

You are able to reclass into any of the MOS's your unit has currently on their UMR.
If you plan on staying in your unit, talk with your First-Line-leader and 1SG and see which positions are available.
If you don't mind moving, as MSG Private RallyPoint Member mentioned, talk with a career counsellor.
Another option is to pick the MOS you'ld like to have, log onto the HRC portal, click tools, and the vacancy search, and look for units that need you desired MOS.
You'll need to contact that unit and see if they will take you on as a will-train.

Approach your training NCO (S3). Submit a 4187 requesting your Commander to approve the new MOS.
