Therefore, I will begin by infusing knowledge by training into my formation. I would develop a can-do attitude by challenging the Teams in my formation to achieve targets and objectives. The successful Team or Teams reap rewards and then, I will have them train the rest . My purpose would be to infuse lessons learned from success to overcome the challenged. In this manner I would have achieved success by giving knowledge and encouraging a can-do attitude in my formation.

I would be interested in strategizing plans to cross-train and cross-breed other formations in the organization to accomplish company and community goals too.

Military trains us to be selfless and so, for me the pay is not a major consideration, nor is my promotion, yet my Formation/Teams must be rewarded for their efforts and achievements, so they improve their performance as they ascend the professional ladder.

Thanks!Response by CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana made Feb 12 at 2018 6:59 AM2018-02-12T06:59:44-05:002018-02-12T06:59:44-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3346027

It depends what are the problems or weaknesses of my formation?Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 12 at 2018 7:52 AM2018-02-12T07:52:31-05:002018-02-12T07:52:31-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member3346062

Circle the wagons, trim the fat, cut sling load on unnecessary baggage, move out and draw fire.Response by SPC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 12 at 2018 8:05 AM2018-02-12T08:05:41-05:002018-02-12T08:05:41-05:00LCDR Private RallyPoint Member3346868

Speaking metaphorically?

Take and hold the "high ground".
