As a 13M Cpl(P) who is considering going onto AD, what time frame should I expect for going to NCOA?

I am a 13M SPC and the only CPL's that we have had already been to BLC so I would assume hopefully soon because they have already made you a leader of the junior enlisted by pinning you CPL

Don't do it! Stay guard man.... or re class before going AD. I am also a 13m cpl..... please for the love of God don't go AD! WE are tasked out for bullshit all the time, no real training takes place expect for a few weeks before certifications. There is only 4 places Mike's go lewis, bragg, sill, and korea.

With in 6 months of going AD they should have you slotted for primary leadership development course as long as you have completed your individual development program first

That depends on you. If you're a col, you should already have a class date lined up. Talk with your Platoon Sgt and 1SG. If you're squared away on PT, marksmanship, do boards, college, etcetera. There is no reason they would not have you slotted for the next class. You have to request it.
