MAJ(P) Private RallyPoint Member Sat, 14 Feb 2015 05:04:15 -0500 2015-02-14T05:04:15-05:00 Response by CSM Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 14 at 2015 5:15 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/army-the-new-ncoer-is-coming-fast?n=475402&urlhash=475402

Sir - I think it is a step in the right direction especially limiting the senior rater to a quota. The current system is over inflated and improperly used.

My issue is the lack of effective writing by the majority of the young NCOs. Believe me I have seen some evaluation reports that fit the crayon stereotype. Understand the Army is moving to writing assessments which again is a step in the right direction.

I just worry that without NCOs having a solid grip on the current system, changing it up now is almost counterproductive.

Glad my next annual is due soon!
