I say crew dawgs because no armament dawg worth his salt would ever have missed that step. They must have tried to help out by replacing one at the last minute when a previous missile tracker failed to spin up and the aircraft had to RTB (return to base). It was the same for 2.75 rockets coming back 1/2 way out of the tubes in combat. Someone gets in a rush and forgets to lower the igniter arms after uploading rockets. Our peacetime Army is starting to show itself again. Rookie mistake.
