SSG Private RallyPoint Member 101344 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Through my Army career so far, I have (as a BN S-1 Clerk) seen and processed awards such as the ARCOM for Soldiers actions during Annual Training, yet I have seen Soldiers come away from a 9 month deployment with a Certificate of Achievement. It feels as though awards are more political than merit-based, does anyone feel the same? What are your experiences with awards?
