I was presented with the lapel pin at my retirement in 2006, in 2007 I received a letter from DA with the (then) 'New' Lapel pin. Does this mean they are going to send me the NEW, new pin now? Really unnecessary in my opinion. Profound.<br />I would rather the money they spent on this tweak to be put into the pay and benefits area of the budget. The last change was fine for me. Where can we get them? <br />I don&#39;t think they need to get rid of the older ones. I know a lot of older veterans like them and for many they have meaning and personal value.
