I believe AGR Warrant Officers are supposed to be rated differently than TPU Warrant Officers but I can&#39;t find the reference. This comes down to who could get the top block - an AGR is at the unit everyday doing work as opposed to a TPU Warrant Officer who is there once a month and for AT. Aren&#39;t AGR personnel rated against other AGR personnel in the unit? What is the reference for this?
